About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking highly organised individuals with excellent attention to detail, to join us as a Human Resources Administration Officer, supporting our dedicated healthcare teams.

As a Human Resources (HR) Administration Officer, you will provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
 
In this role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of quality HR administrative support functions within a timely manner, including:
  • processing documents associated with recruitment
  • maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • timely preparation of standardised employment contracts and variations
  • delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • assisting with the monitoring of HR Key Performance Indicators and the preparation and dissemination of a range of relevant reports

About You:

To excel in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, particularly with challenging conversations.

Building and maintaining positive relationships, while upholding strict confidentiality, is key. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple competing priorities.
