Overview:

  • The Service Delivery Analyst takes an interest in the metric information across the IT Service Management discipline areas in order to identify trends, patterns and exceptions to norms in order to plan appropriate service improvement activities.
  • The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the design, creation and delivery of comprehensive Management Information Analysis and Reporting methods for Digital Health SA management, primarily focussed on IT service performance metrics to measure, monitor and improve service delivery across SA Health. 
  • The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of all ICT operational problems to ensure prevention of incidents and minimise the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented across the production environment. The incumbent will contribute to root cause analysis and coordinate remedial corrective actions to ensure systemic problems are effectively resolved
  • The Service Delivery Analyst will also formulate recommendations or undertake agreed Project tasks contributing to business and DHSA improvement initiatives.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
