An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Senior Social Worker – Child Protection & Domestic and Family Violence (CP&DFV) to join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network

About the Opportunity

Make a strategic impact in child protection and domestic and family violence across the Limestone Coast. This policy-focused role provides leadership, guidance, and expert advice to health staff, supporting the implementation of best practice initiatives and compliance with legislative and policy directives. You’ll work collaboratively with managers, health teams, and stakeholders to shape service delivery and improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families, while contributing to workforce development and clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Child Protection & Domestic and Family Violence reforms and policy directives.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and clinical support to health staff on complex cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and evaluate clinical protocols, policies, and initiatives across LCLHN.
  • Contribute to workforce development, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement.
