- Multiple Permanent Part Time positions (hours to be negotiated), working over a 7-day roster

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) or Direct Care Worker (DCW), you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, person-centred care to patients and residents. These roles suit individuals who value flexibility, teamwork, and the chance to broaden their experience across a range of care environments.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Although the role location or clinical service area may change, the skills required remain the same.
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will:
- Assist Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives with basic nursing duties and activities of daily living.
- Provide person-centred care and support while following established guidelines and protocols.
- Carry out routine tasks such as setting up for procedures, cleaning equipment, and managing stock levels.
- Contribute to safe care environments, quality improvement activities, and data collection as required.
As a Direct Care Worker, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, respectful care and support to residents in a variety of aged care settings.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident wellbeing.
- Maintain confidentiality and build trusting, compassionate relationships with residents and their families.
- Adapt to different locations and care environments as part of the flexible Staffing Bank model.
