The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network offers opportunities across our sites, from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is based in Strathalbyn). ABOUT STRATHALBYN AGED CARE
Strathalbyn Aged Care is a residential aged care facility that supports residents through ageing in place, providing care for people with varying needs. This includes our Memory Support Unit, which accommodates up to 24 residents living with different stages of dementia.
We accommodate both permanent residents and respite care, with capacity for 92 residents. Co-located with the Strathalbyn & District Soldiers Memorial Hospital, which is also part of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, we are well-positioned to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
Our team spans a wide range of roles - from Allied Health professionals, Enrolled and Registered Nurses, Direct Care Attendants, through to Nurse Unit Managers/leadership roles. Together, we aim to ensure every resident can live the best life possible, supported by compassionate care and a vibrant Leisure & Lifestyle team who deliver meaningful activities and excursions.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment, and health promotion.
- Coordinate and manage a caseload while supporting less experienced staff and students.
- Contribute to the development and application of clinical protocols, resources, and projects.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, service evaluation, and community engagement activities.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
