About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilising Services Attendant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the safe and effective delivery of sterilisation services across the facility. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will appraise and determine the best methods of work organisation to ensure the smooth flow of operations. Your keen eye for process and efficiency will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance in all sterilisation procedures.

As a valued member of the support services team, you’ll be entrusted with maintaining accurate and reliable recording systems, ensuring documentation meets all required sterilisation standards. You’ll also manage the timely supply of sterile stock and equipment to wards and departments, helping to facilitate exceptional patient care. This is an engaging opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in supporting clinical excellence behind the scenes. This is a 24/7 role that requires staff to work all shifts including weekends and nightshift.
