About the Role:

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Hawker Medical Centre. In this important front-line position, you will provide confidential administrative and reception support to the Medical Practitioner, clients, and visiting health professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services for the local community. You’ll also liaise with the off-site pharmacy to coordinate timely medication supply and assist with financial processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff alike.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
  • Demonstrated experience in the reconciliation of simple cash accounts.

  • This is a part time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
