About the Role

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical trials, providing essential nursing care and coordinating research activities. In this dynamic role, you will manage, document, and compile clinical research data, ensuring trials are conducted in line with ICH GCP guidelines and protocol requirements. This position offers the opportunity to develop your professional skills and progress from a novice to a proficient practitioner through ongoing training, experience, and continuous professional development.

About You

You are a compassionate and skilled nursing professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to clinical trial participants. You thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and bring creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to support excellence in healthcare.

  • You are a Registered Nurse (or eligible) with a current practising certificate and demonstrated competence in general nursing practice.

  • You have well-developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • You are able to prioritise workloads, adapt to changing situations, and apply innovative and flexible approaches to healthcare challenges.

  • You possess sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, codes, ethics, and quality improvement systems in a healthcare setting.
