About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available to work within the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service as a Senior Administration Officer. This position is based in the Specialist Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centre (SpARC) in Modbury and provides administrative support and leadership to rehabilitation services and speciality outpatient clinics, including:

- Day Rehabilitation Service
- Rehabilitation in the Home
- Northern Pain Rehabilitation Service
- Orthotics & Prosthetics and Podiatry
- Driving Clinic
- Spasticity Clinic
- Neuropsychology 

As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Senior Administration Officer is responsible to the Administration Manager for the provision of a confidential, high quality and accessible reception and rehabilitation service to the community.

The Senior Administration Officer will supervise administration/reception staff, this will include developing, implementing and maintaining efficient systems, policies and procedures for intake and referral, appointments, site financial and human resource procedures, asset management, building and facilities maintenance, and records management.
