About the Role

As an Executive Officer, you will provide essential support to the Executive Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office. You will manage communications, coordinate diaries, oversee document and information systems, and assist with complex and sensitive issues, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the Executive Director is supported in delivering strategic and operational priorities.

In this dynamic role, you will also contribute to a variety of projects, prepare executive briefs, conduct research, and provide advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to foster strong relationships across the organisation. About You

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional administrative and communication skills, capable of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With strong project management and analytical abilities, you thrive under pressure and can prioritise competing tasks while maintaining high standards of work. Your experience working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders ensures effective outcomes and smooth operations.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, including preparing reports, briefings, and correspondence

  • Skilled in project management, research, data analysis, and providing high-level administrative support

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to quality, ethics, and risk management standards
