About the role
Lead and manage administrative services for CaFHS at WCHN, driving high-performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic and operational advice to support multidisciplinary service delivery and statewide administrative coordination.

The Administrative Manager will provide high-level leadership, and facilitates the development of strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the effective coordination of administrative functions, supporting multidisciplinary service delivery across the organisations.  The role provides operational and strategic advice to management and employees on a wide range of policies, processes, systems, and legislation. The incumbent will support the Director/s in providing the link between, and strategic interface with the Division, WCHN and SA Health.

The Administration Manager role will be based at South Terrace, however it is a requirement of the role on a regular basis to visit CaFHS sites.

Key duties of the role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve organisational objectives
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational goals and priorities
  • Advise management on policy, legislative, and operational matters
  • Coordinate administrative functions across statewide services
  • Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in administrative management and multidisciplinary environments
  • Strong leadership, people management, and change management skills
  • High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and implement practical solutions
  • Knowledge of SA public health system, governance, and relevant legislation
