About the Role

As a Consumer Experience Partner, you will play a key role in supporting CALHN programs and services to manage consumer feedback effectively. You will provide confidential expert advice, ensure complaints are investigated and resolved appropriately, and assist teams in maintaining high standards of care and service. Your insights will help shape continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the overall consumer experience.

In this role, you will also take the lead in accurately recording complaints data, analysing trends, and providing guidance to staff across programs and services. You will deliver training and support to ensure teams respond to complaints consistently, efficiently, and in line with legislative and policy requirements, making a meaningful difference to both consumers and staff.

About You

We are seeking a professional with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, committed to supporting high-quality consumer experiences.

  • Tertiary qualification in business, health, or social sciences, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of complaints management, risk systems, and public sector policies
