Be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services within the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer, you will play an essential role in supporting clients, staff, and visitors by providing efficient reception services, managing patient admissions and discharges, preparing and running patient information reports, completing word processing and data entry tasks, maintaining medical records, and delivering a range of clerical and administrative support functions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in performing data entry operations.
  • Experience in a customer/client/patient service role.
  • Experience in an administrative environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Experience in the preparation of medical case notes.
  • Experience in a medical records department.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal consumers.
