About the role

Provide confidential, high-quality admin support to CAMHS Connect CAVUCS, managing enquiries, scheduling, records, documents and frontline service. Work closely with Senior CAMHS staff, CAMHS teams, WCHN, SA Health and external agencies. This position will be on a 7-day roster including public holidays.

Key duties of the role

  • Deliver polite, efficient front-desk and phone service.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate comms.
  • Support electronic systems, records and document control.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and action follow-ups.
  • Organise travel, venues, mail, supplies and general admin.
  • Process invoices, orders and monthly expenditure tasks.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Produce accurate documents with strong proofreading.
  • Confident with MS Office and admin systems (2+ years ideal).
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
