Join SA Health as a Senior Admin Officer OPSA at Repat Health Precinct, where you will contribute to South Australia's largest health system serving over 1.7 million people across metropolitan Adelaide and regional communities.

About the role: 

Reporting to the Director this role is responsible for the management of an efficient administrative service to OPSA including financial functions and reporting, providing supervision to the Admin Procurement Officer and providing admin and reception support to OPSA Staff.

Duties for the role will include:

  • Monitoring, reviewing and improving administrative services, including Admin team supervision
  • Provide prosthetic and orthotic service information and update relevant documentation.
  • Providing/sending requests for invoices to be raised to invoice patients appropriately.
  • Organise/conducting/reporting Annual Stocktake to SALHN.

About you:

  • Ability to analyse and report on financial data in accordance with departmental priorities and time constraints and also provide leadership and direction to staff.
  • Administration skills including typing, data entry, electronic records management, electronic filing and document preparation.
  • Experience in the provision of customer service.
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems and develop practical solutions.
