Overview:

The Executive Assistant is accountable for the provision of high quality, confidential, organisational and information management support and advice to the Director Performance.  The Executive Assistant is also responsible for building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships ensuring the provision of timely, concise, and accurate services, including identifying, monitoring, and attending to priority and urgent enquiries to ensure resolution and quality control of responses.  This includes providing effective, efficient, and confidential administrative services, preparing correspondence and briefs, executive committee support, email, diary, and records management.

The purpose of the role is to enable an effective dedicated support service to the Director Performance, by coordinating and actioning a wide range of administrative functions across the portfolio. The position also provides administrative support to the Performance team.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
