About the Role

As a Clinical Trials Centre Officer, you will play an integral part in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research within the Royal Adelaide Hospital’s Clinical Trials Centre. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will coordinate a range of administrative services that help ensure the smooth planning, implementation and running of clinical trials. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will support researchers, clinicians and participants in advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.

You will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for staff, community members and external stakeholders, assisting with the dissemination of clinical trial information and materials. From maintaining the Clinical Trials database to coordinating equipment and facility use, your organisational skills and collaborative approach will help the team operate efficiently and effectively. About You

You are an organised and proactive professional with a strong commitment to supporting clinical research through efficient administration and collaboration. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities ensures the smooth delivery of complex projects in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • You bring proven experience providing responsive administrative and business support, ideally within a hospital or health setting.

  • You excel at working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing competing demands and meeting tight deadlines.

  • You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a range of stakeholders.

  • You have solid knowledge of administrative systems, medical terminology and confidentiality practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and accuracy in data management.
