About the Role

As a Grants Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and accurate management of research grants across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). Working closely with the Grants Officer, you will ensure that records for all research grants are maintained to a high standard, supporting the smooth administration of funding and enabling researchers to focus on advancing healthcare outcomes. Your contribution will be central to the successful coordination and oversight of grant processes across the network.

In this engaging role, you will collaborate with researchers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate grant-related information. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will help maintain compliance, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement within the research office. About You

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with strong administrative and communication skills, capable of supporting complex research and grant processes. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and collaborative approach ensure efficient and accurate management of tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • You have proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, resolving issues, meeting deadlines under pressure, and maintaining high attention to detail.

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising effectively across multidisciplinary teams and a variety of stakeholders.

  • You are highly competent in Microsoft Office, data management tools, office administration processes, and managing information systems accurately.

  • You bring knowledge and experience in grant-funded projects, research governance, financial administration, and compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
