Join Our Team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Emergency Department – Lead, Support and Deliver Exceptional Care

Take the next step in your nursing career and play a key leadership role in providing high-quality, person-centred emergency care. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in the Emergency Department, you’ll contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment where every shift makes a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

About the Role:

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll provide expert nursing leadership and support to the Nurse Unit Manager in managing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality emergency care. You will promote continuity and consistency of care through collaboration with the broader leadership team, assist in the implementation of practice improvements, and support the professional development of nursing staff.

In this role, you’ll also take on key management responsibilities such as performance management, recruitment, rostering, work allocation, and resource planning, ensuring efficient and effective coordination within the unit. You’ll lead by example—demonstrating accountability, clinical excellence, and a commitment to developing and guiding less experienced staff.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities, contribute to continuous service improvement, and be part of a dedicated emergency care team committed to excellence and compassion.
