About the role

This position will lead the development and integration of robust data systems that support the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of consumer experience. The insights generated will inform service improvements, support accreditation requirements, including NSQHS Standard 2 and Planetree certification, and ensure the consumer voice is embedded in decision-making across WCHN.

Key duties of the role

  • Build and maintain Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREM) data systems and reporting frameworks
  • Turn consumer experience data into insights that drive service improvement
  • Ensure PREM reporting meets national safety and quality standards
  • Embed data-driven practice by partnering with operational, training and clinical teams
  • Support inclusive data practices, staff training and accreditation evidence needs

Skills and Experience

  • High-level analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate complex health data
  • Experience designing data systems and managing PREM or similar datasets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams and consumer groups
  • Experience supporting inclusive data practices with diverse populations, including Aboriginal and CALD communities
  • Knowledge of national safety and quality standards, consumer engagement, and data governance
