The ePCR (Electronic-Patient Care Record) Communications Officer is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of effective communications activities relating to the ePCR project. Working closely with the ePCR Change and Engagement Manager and ePCR Communications Lead to develop and deliver communication and engagement functions, including all key stakeholder communication requirements. Supporting the effective coordination of ePCR internal and external communications.

This role is based in the Adelaide CBD. While flexible working arrangements are supported, successful delivery of the outcomes associated with this role will require the selected candidate to attend the workplace in person a majority of the time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for the ePCR project, including media management, promotional activities, and information dissemination to support project objectives
  • Research, write, and edit ePCR communications for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, news releases, website content, and corporate publications
  • Coordinate ePCR communication activities across SAAS, managing relationships with service providers and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with corporate branding guidelines
  • Support stakeholder engagement and consultation processes by facilitating participation in project stages and identifying issues with impacted or interested parties
  • Provide executive assistant support for ePCR forums, committees, and working groups, including preparing agendas, minutes, briefings, and reports
  • Deliver professional writing, editing, and proofreading services while maintaining administrative systems, databases, and procedures to support the ePCR Change and Engagement team
