The Training Coordinator is responsible for undertaking a range of high-quality training support, delivery, administration and reporting functions across the electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) program of work. The incumbent will be expected to work under limited direction and will be accountable to the ePCR Change and Engagement Manager.

This role is based in the Adelaide CBD. While flexible working arrangements are supported, successful delivery of the outcomes associated with this role will require the selected candidate to attend the workplace in person a majority of the time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and maintain training materials and presentations while coordinating and scheduling ePCR training sessions with necessary resources and venues
  • Facilitate comprehensive ePCR training delivery to SAAS employees and volunteers using in-person, virtual and blended learning formats
  • Conduct training needs evaluation, performance gap analysis and post-training assessments to measure program effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation, completion and outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project team members to develop specialised ePCR training content and coordinate delivery requirements
  • Gather feedback, analyse data and report on key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the overall learning experience
