The ePCR Training Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful rollout and delivery of ePCR system training to SAAS non-clinical staff. This includes conducting training needs assessments, designing tailored learning materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support during and post implementation of the system.

This role is based in the Adelaide CBD. While flexible working arrangements are supported, successful delivery of the outcomes associated with this role will require the selected candidate to attend the workplace in person a majority of the time.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate comprehensive ePCR training programs for non-clinical staff and volunteers, ensuring consistent delivery across the training team
  • Lead and support the ePCR Training Officer and Training Coordinator in facilitating training delivery while measuring effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the ePCR Change and Engagement Manager to develop specialised training content and ensure user readiness for system implementation
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement through timely communication of training status updates, coordination of messaging strategies, and management of expectations across SAAS groups
  • Conduct training needs analysis, post-training evaluations and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and report on key training metrics
  • Provide leadership and continuous improvement by setting training goals aligned with project deliverables, fostering a culture of learning, and representing the training function in ePCR project meetings
