Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional reception and front-of-house services with excellent customer care.
  • Provide efficient administrative, clerical, and data entry support to staff and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Microsoft Office suite.

Our Organisation

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.

Applicant Information

This is a part time (0.5 FTE) vacancy, working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
