As a Casual Administration Officer, you’ll provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services, including reception, data entry, clerical support, and on-call assistance, helping our health services run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional reception services, attending to clients and visitors in person or via phone and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointments for services, including Podiatry clinics via CCCME scheduling.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, filing, photocopying, mail distribution, and diary/room coordination.
  • Assist with equipment monitoring, government vehicle bookings, and TelePresence video conferencing coordination.
  • Maintain accurate clinical appointment and data records in CCCME.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and efficient resource utilisation.
  • Provide casual on-call support for general clerical and reception duties as required.
