Empower Older Adults as an Enrolled Nurse with YNLHN!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing safe, person-centred care.
  • Deliver community-based nursing services that promote client independence.
  • Complete assessments for new clients and annual reviews within the Healthy Ageing Team.
  • Assist carers in supporting clients’ ongoing health and wellbeing.
  • Work under supervision while maintaining accountability for nursing practice.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable Enrolled Nurse with experience providing community or aged care nursing. You’ll be confident supporting clients in their homes, completing assessments, and working collaboratively with the Healthy Ageing Team. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to promoting independence and quality care are essential. You must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.

This is a part time vacancy, working 52 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
