About the Role

As the Program Engagement Officer, Professional Accountability Program, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and success of the CALHN Professional Accountability Model — a key initiative designed to foster a culture of integrity, respect, and collaboration across Central Adelaide Local Health Network. Working closely with the Program Manager and internal stakeholders, you will help drive positive behavioural change through engagement, education, and support for staff at all levels.

In this dynamic position, you will contribute to developing educational materials, resources, and digital tools that embed the principles of professional accountability within CALHN. You will also play a key role in establishing a community of practice to sustain program success, while monitoring and reporting progress to the CALHN Professional Accountability Model Steering Committee. About You

You are an organised, proactive, and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities effectively. Your ability to manage projects, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships enables you to deliver high-quality outcomes that support organisational improvement and engagement.

  • Organisational and Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver complex projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, build relationships, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Experience researching, analysing data, and developing strategies or policies that enhance business operations and support change initiatives.

  • Technical and Professional Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems, with sound knowledge of change management, quality improvement, and public sector principles.
