  • Salary: ENC/END $63,992 - $74,831 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Ongoing Part Time role working 48 hours per fortnight over a 7 day roster

Are you an Enrolled Nurse ready to make a real difference in a fast-paced emergency environment? Join the Accident and Emergency team at Mount Barker Hospital, where your skills, quick thinking, and compassion will have a direct impact on patients when they need it most.

In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and medical staff to provide safe, person-centred care in acute and urgent situations. You’ll assist with triage support, assessments, emergency procedures, and routine clinical tasks within your scope of practice, all while helping maintain a calm, professional, and responsive environment.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • You will use your full range of skills as an Enrolled Nurse to deliver patient centred care at Mount Barker District Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital
  • You will be responsible for working collaboratively within a team of like-minded professionals to deliver such services in a timely and safe manner.
  • You will ensure that all clinical guidelines and practices are applied whilst managing the needs of the patients.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

  • You will need to be immunised. Please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.  Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy. Further information is in the application for to help guide you. 
  • You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
  • You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as an Enrolled Nurse within our organisation.
