Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either an AHP4 or ASO7, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

 

Senior Project Manager: Drive High-Profile Projects That Shape Health Services Across Our Region!

Are you an experienced project leader looking for a role with real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of high-profile initiatives across the Eyre and Far Local Health Network (EFNLHN) and within the Community and Allied Directorate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead complex projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Achieve identified project outcomes by utilising high-level project management skills and clinical experience.
  • Work in partnership with other EFNLHN project managers, Executive and other key stakeholders, facilitating and participating in collaborative networks across all regional Local Health Networks and key partners.
  • Collaborate with a cohesive, stable, and supportive senior leadership team that values teamwork and innovation.
  • Travel to regional and remote areas, building strong relationships and understanding local needs.

What We're Looking For:

AHP4

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • For those disciplines requiring Registration, all requirements to maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional associations accredited continuous professional development program.

ASO7

  • Proven project management skills, delivering complex projects on time and budget.
  • Experience developing and implementing project plans and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in leading initiatives, using project management systems (e.g., MS Project, CAMMS.Project).
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Experience in post-project reviews, ideally in a health-related setting.
