  • Salary: MeS1 $68,478 - $83,594 p.a
  • Temporary Full Time role working over a 5-day roster with a 12-month term contact

 

Remote Health Monitoring (RHM) delivers personalised care to people living in regional and remote South Australia, improving access to timely clinical support, strengthening self-management, and reducing avoidable hospital admissions and emergency department presentations.

As the Remote Health Monitoring Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of RHM services by providing technical expertise, education and operational support to clinicians, patients and stakeholders. This role contributes to the effective integration of RHM services into clinical practice and supports continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to clinicians within Digital Transformation and Technical Services (DTTS).
  • Support the operational functions of the RHM unit.
  • Deliver technical assistance and education to patients, clients and staff.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities and research initiatives.
  • Participate in the after-hours technical support roster.

The RSS is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS’s three Adelaide offices.
