About the role

Manage and deliver corporate communication activity that strengthens staff engagement and enhances the Women’s and Children’s Health Network reputation. Develop and implement communication plans, provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and support internal and external communication activities.

Key duties of the role

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that promote the role and services of the Health Network
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging content for newsletters, online platforms and social media channels
  • Provide professional communication advice and support to internal stakeholders and programs
  • Build positive relationships that strengthen staff engagement and organisational pride
  • Support corporate events and initiatives that enhance the Network’s public profile

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate communications, public relations or media environments
  • Proven ability to develop and implement communication plans and associated materials
  • High-level writing skills with experience producing clear, accurate messaging
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
