About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing services within a variety of health service settings, building on your skills as you progress from a novice practitioner to a proficient clinician. Through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience, you will consolidate your knowledge and enhance your ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

You will accept accountability for your own nursing practice, ensuring that all care is provided to a high standard, and that activities delegated to others are appropriate and supervised effectively. Your contribution will support the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of care to patients across the service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
• Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.

• DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
• National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
• Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
