Join Our Team as a Community Health Receptionist with YNLHN!

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting community health? Join YNLHN as a Community Health Receptionist and be the first point of contact for clients, providing efficient administration and reception services while contributing to the smooth operation of Wallaroo Hospital and Community Health Services. This role requires availability to start in January 2026!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, customer-focused reception and switchboard services.
  • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and equipment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with medical record systems.
  • Deliver clerical support including word processing, data entry, correspondence, and filing.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental planning.
  • Contribute to workplace safety, including reporting hazards and maintaining OH&S standards.
  • Participate in training, community engagement, and disaster response activities as required.

This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
