About the Role

As a Senior Exercise Physiologist with CALHN’s Metabolic and Bariatric Clinic, you’ll lead tailored assessments, guide behaviour change and shape the model of care. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to lift outcomes, build service quality and support meaningful, lasting health improvements.

  • Lead clinical EP assess and targeted intervention
  • Guide behaviour change to boost health outcomes
  • Build service plans and refine care pathways
  • Drive quality, research and model-of-care improvement
  • Strengthen collaboration across the multidisciplinary team

About You

You’re a capable, collaborative Exercise Physiologist who leads with sound judgement, evidence-based practice and a calm, professional approach. You bring the right qualifications, senior-level capability and confidence to guide complex care in a multidisciplinary setting.

  • Hold a degree with ESSA EP accreditation
  • Apply advanced clinical judgement with confidence
  • Lead person-centred, evidence-based practice
  • Communicate clearly with consumers and teams
  • Prioritise, organise and deliver timely outcomes
