About the Role

Join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and lead with heart. Manage staff, build strong teams, create seamless care, and maintain high practice standards while supporting our Nurse Unit Manager in a vibrant, collaborative ward environment.

  • Lead and support nursing and midwifery teams

  • Guide and develop less experienced staff

  • Drive continuity and consistency of care

  • Assist with rostering, leave, and work allocation

  • Support recruitment, performance, and resource planning

About You

We are looking for a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager who leads with care and inspires teams. You are confident in your practice, skilled at supporting others, and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.

What you bring

  • Hold current registration and practising certificate as Nurse 

  • Demonstrate competence in nursing or midwifery practice

  • Guide and support less experienced staff and students

  • Communicate clearly, solve problems, and work in teams

  • Apply knowledge of legislation, standards, and quality systems
