This is an opportunity to use your analytical, communication and relationship-building skills to influence system improvement, support cultural safety, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable Aboriginal workforce.

About the Role:

Collaboration is central to this role. Your strong analytical, research and communication skills will support the development of actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, strengthen workforce capability, and improve organisational culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in undertaking research, gathering and analysing data and interpreting multiple sources of information to form recommendations.
  • Experience in the preparation of complex reports, briefings and correspondence.
  • Experience working in collaboration with stakeholders and in partnership with government agencies and Aboriginal community groups to resolve complex issues.
