About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play an essential part in delivering compassionate, person-centred care alongside Registered Nurses. Working within your scope of practice, you’ll use your developing skills to support assessments, contribute to care planning, and provide safe, effective routine nursing procedures. You’ll build meaningful connections with patients and families, ensuring their experience is respectful, supportive and aligned with best practice standards. Although you practise under direction, you remain accountable for the quality of the care you provide, bringing professionalism, empathy and reliability to every interaction.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll also contribute to broader service delivery by participating in quality improvement activities, supporting the work of Assistants in Nursing/Midwifery and students, and helping maintain a positive, collaborative team culture. You’ll educate patients and carers, share knowledge with colleagues, and actively pursue your own professional growth. With opportunities to assist in research and apply evidence-based practice, you’ll be supported to further develop your leadership skills as you guide and coordinate tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role offers the chance to build your capability while making a genuine difference every day.
