Exciting Career Opportunity: Administrative Assistant 

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential clerical and administrative support within a designated clinical service area. You’ll help ensure smooth communication across the ward/unit and other services while delivering a customer-focused service that meets the needs of staff, medical practitioners, clients, and their families. This role plays a key part in supporting senior nursing staff and contributes to the efficient operation of the service, making a real impact on patient care and the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (i.e.: photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (i.e.: Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
