Overview

Join our team at Orroroo Hospital as a Services Assistant (Laundry) and play a vital role in supporting the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents.

This hands-on role is all about ensuring residents’ clothing, linen, and uniforms are cared for with attention and respect. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth daily operations of our health service and enhance the experience of those in our care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing and labelling residents' laundry

  • Undertaking minor sewing repairs (excluding garment manufacturing)

  • Ensuring clean, safe storage and delivery of linen and uniforms
