This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality service delivery, assist staff and clients, and play a key part in supporting the health and wellbeing of the Riverland Mallee Coorong community.

About the Role:

As an Administration Officer at Pinnaroo Hospital, you will provide professional, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors. You will coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the hospital runs smoothly. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in staff development, and support a positive, safe, and culturally sensitive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
  • Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
  • Sound word processing and data entry skills.
