Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit a Senior Clinical Educator - Physiotherapy (Acute Care) to provide clinical education services for students on clinical placements in NALHN Acute Care, working in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.
About the Role:
The Senior Clinical Educator - Physiotherapy Acute Care is responsible to the Senior Manager of Physiotherapy for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality Physiotherapy student clinical education services delivering high quality care for patients and valuable clinical placement experience for students in the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).
The Senior Clinical Educator provides high level Physiotherapy Clinical Education services working collaboratively with the University Partners and other health professionals.
Working in conjunction with other Physiotherapy members and other health professionals the Senior Clinical Educator optimises patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area. As a highly skilled and competent clinician and educator, the incumbent delivers quality services and provides clinical leadership within the NALHN services, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
