WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking an accomplished Principal Human Resources Business Partner - Team Leader to join our People and Culture portfolio in an ongoing, full-time capacity. This senior role provides expert, strategic leadership across a complex portfolio of workforce and organisational projects that support service delivery and system-wide improvement across SA Health.

Reporting to the Executive Director, People and Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, delivering high-level HR consultancy, industrial relations expertise and project leadership. You will influence HR strategy, shape workforce reform initiatives and guide change across complex healthcare environments, working in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including employee representative groups.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of RSS workforce and HR projects, ensuring consistent delivery across the full project lifecycle in line with SA Health frameworks.
  • Provide high-level HR consultancy and industrial relations advice, supporting executive decision-making and the resolution of complex workforce matters.
  • Influence and enhance HR management practices, policies and strategies through research, analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Drive change, organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and support BHFLHN strategic priorities.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Our network is made up of many sites, that run from Gawler in the North to Kangaroo Island in the South, we have access to offices in the middle of the CBD, and some of our locations offer hot desk arrangements.  We will work with you to ensure a suitable location or locations are made available to you across one or many of our sites.   You will also have the option to spend some time each week working from home.  This will be negotiated with you should you be successful.
