WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking an Aboriginal Children’s Health and Development Practitioner to join our Child Health and Development (CHAD) team in a short-term opportunity. This culturally significant role focuses on improving the health, development and social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal children from birth to 7 years, working closely with families, community and multidisciplinary health professionals. We offer a supportive team environment, culturally safe practice, professional development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful difference for Aboriginal children and families across the region.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. - Must hold Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice (HLT40213) and Registered / eligible for registration as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board of Australia
