About the Role

The Clinical Outcomes Trainer provides expert clinical training and utilisation advice as mandated by the National Outcomes Casemix Collection (NOCC) clinical assessment tools.

The position supports best practice in consumer assessment and care, with links to clinical practice as it relates to the various tools and assessment measures contained within MH Information systems (eg. CBIS / Sunrise / CCCME).

About You

You bring a confident, collaborative approach to clinical education and are ready to contribute your strengths in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Registered or eligible Nurse with current practising certificate
• Skilled in communication, problem solving and negotiation
• Confident supporting learning and guiding nurses in clinical practice
• Experienced delivering clinical education in a healthcare setting
• Knowledgeable in legislation, standards and quality improvement
