About the Role:

As the Accommodation Officer, you will oversee all FUNLHN-owned and rented accommodation facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant, and ready to support incoming and current employees. You’ll manage rental records, property registers, furniture inventories, and entry/exit checks while coordinating audits and facilitating maintenance or improvements. In this highly customer-focused role, you will liaise directly with prospective employees, locums, and managers regarding accommodation availability, orientate new arrivals, and support continuous improvement through evaluation and reporting. With responsibilities spanning administration, property oversight, and quality management, this role offers the chance to contribute to a positive staff experience and the smooth functioning of our accommodation portfolio.

 

About You:

  • Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in the use of computer operation (including software program Microsoft Office) and systems management.
  • Experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of procedures.
  • Experience in undertaking project work, involving coordination, implementation and achieving optimum outcomes.
  • Previous experience in working within a diverse team environment.
  • Previous experience in supervision and gaining support/cooperation from staff to achieve planned objectives.
