We’re looking for a committed Assistant in Nursing and Midwifery to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives to support patients and clients in their journey toward better health and well-being.

About the Role:

As an Assistant in Nursing and Midwifery, you will support Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives in delivering general patient and client care. You will assist with a range of routine tasks, including activities of daily living, while being accountable for your actions. Your role will involve performing basic nursing duties, setting up for procedures, cleaning equipment, and managing local stock levels. Your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing person-centered care that meets the needs of patients/clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Be employed on the basis that the person is, or will be, undertaking a course approved by the Registration Authority for the preparation of Enrolled Nurses and has completed any training required by the employer relevant to the safe and competent performance of work at this level.
  • Experience, within the boundaries of their education and skill preparation, in the provision of nursing/midwifery care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
