Make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals to improve comfort, dignity and quality of life. As a Clinical Nurse Continence Advisor, you will deliver specialist continence nursing services within the community health setting, applying advanced clinical knowledge developed through experience and/or further study. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while remaining supported within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to improved health outcomes across the Limestone Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist continence nursing services aligned with best practice and clinical guidelines.
- Assess client needs and plan, implement and evaluate appropriate continence care interventions.
- Provide professional support, guidance and clinical leadership to students, Enrolled Nurses and less experienced Registered Nurses.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders to support coordinated care.
What We Are Looking For:
- Are you a Registered Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with at least three years’ post-registration experience?
- Do you demonstrate competence in continence nursing practice in line with professional standards?
- Do you have an interest in stomal therapy or looking to work towards further education?
- Are you confident providing leadership, support and guidance to students and less experienced staff?
- Do you have experience working with Aboriginal consumers and a commitment to culturally safe care?
