About the Role

Join our mental health team as our Administration Services Officer. You manage day to day office flow, build trusted links, keep client files sharp and help teams deliver care with ease.

• Manage client files and data
• Book clinics and team diaries
• Answer calls and front desk queries
• Link staff, clients and services
• Support team meetings and reports

About You

You bring calm, care and confidence to busy teams and enjoy supporting people and services to run smoothly. You are organised, tech-savvy and trusted with sensitive information.

• Certificate or equivalent admin training
• Office or public contact admin experience
• Confident with MS Office and info systems
• Clear phone skills and customer focus
• Type 30 wpm and handle pressure with care
