  • Part Time (FTE negotiable, multiple positions available), Term Contract (temporary for 12 months), 7-day rotating roster

About the role

We are seeking both Enrolled and Registered Nurses to provide safe, person-centred care in collaboration with patients, families, and the health team, supporting professional development, quality outcomes, and delegated activities.

Key duties of the role

  • Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care to patients, families, and communities.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate care under professional standards.
  • Support, guide, and mentor students and less experienced staff.
  • Promote culturally sensitive, equitable, and inclusive services.
  • Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and professional development.

Skills and Experience

  • Current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) registration or enrolment with practicing certificate.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, provide person-centred care, and work flexibly.
  • Knowledge of legislation, NMBA standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems.

Specific to Registered Nurse (RN/M1):

  • Demonstrated competence in advanced nursing practice and clinical decision-making.
  • Experience in supervising, guiding, and mentoring less experienced staff and students.
