About the Role

Join CALHN as Senior Clinical Social Worker and deliver advanced social work within a specialist clinical team. You’ll manage complex cases, build capability across sites, and shape best practice through supervision, advice and service improvement.

Duties
• Deliver expert social work care in a specialist setting
• Manage complex clinical caseloads across sites
• Guide clinicians and advise leaders on contemporary social work practice
• Supervise social workers, students and allied health assistants
• Lead quality improvement and research activity
• Support education across the CALHN network

About You

You are an experienced social worker ready to lead practice, support teams and deliver safe, person-centred care within a complex clinical setting.

• Hold a Social Work degree with full AASW membership
• Apply advanced judgement in specialist clinical practice
• Lead complex cases and guide teams with confidence
• Supervise staff and students, supporting growth and quality
• Drive service improvement, research and evidence-based care
